1:1 Personal Training

I offer 1:1 Personal Training to motivate you and support you to meet your fitness goals. You will receive a personalised training programme that meets your current abilities, preferences and pushes you to reach your goals. Time is precious, we’ll create a programme that fits in with your routine and workout wherever works for you whether that be at home, in a local park or studio.

I offer a initial free consultation with all clients so we can establish your goals, expectations and to get to know one another!

 

Pre-Natal Training

Pregnancy is an exciting time for many women but also brings with it changes to your body as well as emotional changes. You may be feeling anxious or nervous, particularly when exercising. However, staying fit and active during pregnancy can have many benefits:

  • Improve body strength to help with your growing bump, change in posture and labour

  • Maintain and increase core strength

  • Evidence of prevention of gestational diabetes in early pregnancy

  • Improved circulation

  • Improved sleep

  • Improved pelvic floor function

I’ll help you exercise safely through this period and create a personalised programme for you looking at your stage of pregnancy, previous exercise habits and any issues you are experiencing throughout pregnancy.

Post-Natal Training

Congratulations! You’ve got through pregnancy and are adapting to life with your new addition. Returning to exercise may seem daunting given the changes your body has gone through and now you’ve got a small human constantly around. However, with my sessions you will recognise the benefits of exercise including:

  • Improving body strength and fitness to help with lifting your child and everyday motherhood

  • Increased energy

  • Re-engaging pelvic floor muscles

  • Improving core strength and stability, dealing with diastasis recti (separation of abdominal muscles) and muscle imbalances

  • Improved healing

Once you’ve had your 6 week check, I’ll work with you to get you back up and running so you can return to exercise safely with a personalised programme taking into account your birth experience, previous exercise and any issues you are experiencing after birth.

And of course we’ll keep sessions flexible to work around you and your baby - I am always on hand to help with entertaining babies in sessions so you can focus on you!

 

2:1 Personal Training

Many people find working out with a partner or friend to be their preferred option. Working out with a friend is always fun and can provide some extra motivation and competition!

The cost of the session is shared between you, reducing the individual rate.
