Pre-natal Training

Pregnancy is an exciting time during which the body goes through a number of physical changes, you may be feeling nervous or anxious as well. I can help guide you through this to get you physically and mentally ready for motherhood.

Post-natal Training

So you’ve had a baby, congratulations! There are a number of considerations to take into account post-partum so I’ll support you to get back up and running in a way that works for you and your baby.

Personal Training and 2:1 sessions

Maybe you have a special occasion coming up or you’re ready to step up your fitness and want some guidance to do it. I can help provide a personalised plan to help you become your best self and enjoy it along the way.
